Exchanges rate-limit traffic by IP. With Ultimate, send each account through your private server or a static proxy you bring, and give every connection its own account allowance.

Can I copy someone I trust?
Yes. Choose yourself or someone you trust as the Leader. Connect accounts using their exchange API keys, and only use accounts you own or have permission to use. Aello does not provide a public trader marketplace.
Which exchanges and markets does Aello support?
Aello supports Spot and all Futures markets on both Binance and Bybit, including Binance USD-M and COIN-M Futures. Options are not supported. Need another crypto exchange or a forex platform? Contact us and tell us about your setup so we can figure out what is possible.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
You can set up Aello from the desktop app: add your accounts, choose who follows whom, and try a demo trade. The setup guides walk you through each step.
Do you ever see my exchange keys?
No. The bot runs on your machine and talks to the exchange directly. Your keys are never sent to us.
Do I have to change how I trade?
No. You or your chosen trader can keep trading the Leader account as usual. Aello copies supported actions to the enabled Followers.
What happens if my internet connection drops?
Aello is designed to reconnect, check the exchange, and repair differences rather than blindly repeating actions. No software can guarantee uninterrupted internet or exchange access, but recovery is a core part of how Aello works.
Can I control Aello when I am away from my desk?
Yes. Plans with Telegram Notifications can send account updates. Plans with Telegram Actions also give the authorized administrator protected start and stop controls.
How does the one-click private server work?
Set up a private server in your own DigitalOcean or Vultr account from the Aello app. You see the hosting price before anything is created, confirm with an email code, and Aello moves your licence, accounts, and settings across. Keep managing everything from the desktop while the server runs the bot.
Can I run accounts through my own static proxies?
Yes, on Ultimate. Import static HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 proxies from the provider you choose, pick a connection for each account, and copy its IPv4 to whitelist on your exchange API key. Aello does not sell proxies, so you can use the provider you trust.
Will it keep copying when my computer is off?
Run Aello on your own private server with Ultimate, so copying and Telegram updates can continue when your computer is off.
How many accounts can I copy to?
Each plan lists its own Leader and Follower account limits, so you can start small and move up when your operation grows.
Which exchanges and markets are supported?
Spot and all Futures markets on both Binance and Bybit, including Binance USD-M and COIN-M Futures. Options are not supported. Copying between accounts on the same exchange is the recommended setup.
Where are my API keys stored?
In an encrypted vault on your computer or private server, not on Aello licensing or website servers. Give keys only the required read and trading permissions, and keep withdrawals switched off.
In monthly plan, am I automatically charged?
No. Monthly licences are prepaid and never renew automatically. Because payment is made in crypto, Aello cannot charge you again. To continue, open Manage licence and extend it manually; otherwise it expires at the end of the paid term.
How do I get my licence key?
After payment is confirmed and the order is fulfilled, your key is emailed to the checkout address. It is not displayed on the website. Save it privately. If delivery fails, check the order page for its current delivery status and available retry, or contact support with your order reference.
