Spot and all Futures markets on both Binance and Bybit, including Binance USD-M and COIN-M Futures. Options are not supported. Copying between accounts on the same exchange is the recommended setup.
Where are my API keys stored?
In an encrypted vault on your computer or private server, not on Aello licensing or website servers. Give keys only the required read and trading permissions, and keep withdrawals switched off.
How does the free trial work?
Request a trial key with your name and email. No payment details and no automatic renewal. The trial page shows the duration, device allowance, and included features before you request a key. One trial per email address, per product.
In monthly plan, am I automatically charged?
No. Monthly licences are prepaid and never renew automatically. Because payment is made in crypto, Aello cannot charge you again. To continue, open Manage licence and extend it manually; otherwise it expires at the end of the paid term.
How do I get my licence key?
After payment is confirmed and the order is fulfilled, your key is emailed to the checkout address. It is not displayed on the website. Save it privately. If delivery fails, check the order page for its current delivery status and available retry, or contact support with your order reference.
